Policy Overview: We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of the item. The product must be in new, unused, and original condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories included.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

- The item must be in its original, saleable condition: unused, unsharpened, and with no signs of wear or modification.
- All original packaging, documentation, tags, and accessories (such as sheaths, tool kits, or certificates) must be included and undamaged.
- The item must be returned from the original shipping address/country.
Non-Returnable Items
Based on the nature of our products and for safety and hygiene reasons, the following are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Used or Sharpened Knives: Any knife that shows signs of use, wear, or has been sharpened.
- Opened or Used Kitchen Knives & Chef Knives: For hygiene reasons, any kitchen knife removed from its protective packaging or with signs of use cannot be returned.
- Personalized or Custom-Ordered Items.

2. Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return/exchange. Please use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Receive Authorization & Instructions: We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return shipping instructions. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
- Package the Item Securely: Repackage the item in its original packaging, with all included materials. Place this inside a secure shipping box. Include a copy of your RMA authorization email inside the box.
- Ship the Package: Ship the package to the address provided in your RMA instructions. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
- Inspection & Processing: Once received at our facility, our team will inspect the item within 3-5 business days to ensure it meets the return conditions.

- Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost of the replacement item to your address.
